Notes
Ingredient Notes: Salt - Salt can vary in its level of saltiness, which is why we only use kosher salt. If you all you have is iodized table salt, then only use 2 tablespoons or try to get kosher salt for this recipe.Granulated Garlic - The larger sized granules of garlic provides a better consistency for the seasoning. If you only have garlic powder, then use 2 tablespoons versus the 1/4 cup. If you have garlic salt, we recommend you do not use that or adjust your salt levels to avoid an overly salty seasoning.Red Chili Pepper Flakes - If you are a fan of spicy you can double the red chili pepper flakes.Cumin - Cumin adds a great earthy element. But many people do not enjoy the flavor of cumin. If you are one that does (good on you) then feel free to start with 1/2 tablespoon, and add more for your taste preferences.
