A all-purpose tangy condiment that is perfect as a fry dipping sauce, or topping to a burger. This versatile fry sauce is one of our favorites to make.
2teaspoonsfresh horseradish (we prefer the hot version for spice)
¼teaspoonkosher salt(Do NOT use iodized table salt, it will be too salty)
Instructions
Combine: In a small bowl, combine ketchup and mayonnaise. Next, add the horseradish, lemon juice, and kosher salt. Stir the mixture until well combined.
Serve or Store: Taste it and adjust the seasonings as needed. Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until you’re ready to use it.

Optional:
Spice: For more heat add 1 tablespoon of your favorite hot sauce.
Flavor: Add any additional ingredients like Worcestershire, apple cider vinegar, or dried spices to add more flavor profile.
