Make the patties by combining 80/20 ground beef with salt, pepper and garlic

Add beer to dry ingredients and whisk to create batter. Dip onions in batter and then fry in hot oil until crispy.

Grill hamburgers over direct heat for 4 minutes per side then finish over indirect heat.

Make your western burger by layering the patty, cheese, bacon, onion rings, and BBQ sauce.
