Short Rib Beef Stew

SMOKED UNTIL TENDER

Choose Beef Short Ribs with good fat marbling. Then, season them liberally with salt and pepper.

Place the seasoned short ribs on the smoker and cook at 250* Fahrenheit for 3 hours.

Meanwhile, chop your vegetables and saute them in olive oil. Add the remainder of stew ingredients and stir.

Remove short ribs from the smoker and nestle into the stew broth. Simmer for an additional 1 hour.
