Everything looks so good! I’m just now putting our party menu together, and I think I need to include that bacon and tomatillo guacamole.
Ohh I hope you make it! It’s delicious. You don’t even need the smoker either. You can always grill or roast the tomatillos and cook the bacon however you want to to get it crispy!
I will forward this to my husband. He just got a smoker at Christmas and has been wanting to try some more interesting recipes. We have mostly been doing ribs and brisket.
