Mary and Sean have been cooking on AM Northwest since 2016. The amazing team at the ABC affiliate KATU are a great crowd to cook for.
Grilled Brussels Sprouts
Grilling vegetables and making them taste delicious is possible. Recently Sean and Mary grilled brussels sprouts to show how easy it really is on AM Northwest in Portland with host Tammy Hernandez.
Lollipop Chicken

Seattle – Studio 13 Live
We fired up our favorite recipe from our cookbook Fire + Wine with the team at Studio 13 Emerald Eats, in Seattle. These red wine marinated beef skewers are finished with a cherry bourbon glaze for one heck of an appetizer.
Ilani BBQ Fest Feature – KOIN 6
Vindulge was featured as chefs at the Ilani Casino BBQ fest and Sean treated Kohr from KOIN 6 to an incredible grilled tomahawk steak over live fire.

Cooking With Kids
A family that cooks together has a great time (most of the time). And one of our favorites was when we had a chance to cook with our kids with Helen Raptis on AM Northwest. And in this case we are cooking up a kid friendly taco bar with our grilled citrus shrimp tacos and carne asada tacos.

World Famous Chili

Sean’s Solo Debut

Our Very First Appearance
There is something magical when you first go live on television. And Dave Anderson was an incredible host who made us feel so welcome and comfortable. While Dave is no longer with us, his legacy as co-host of AM Northwest lives on.
